I'm an interdimensional motion & graphic designer specializing in designing and animating stream assets for Vtubers and content creators. I'm also a Live2D rigger who wishes to bring pretty models to life!

✦ GENERAL TERMS

I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.
You are not allowed to claim my work as your own or edit / modify / trace / copy my works. Credit must be given for the commission! Please include links to my VGen or Twitter in your Twitch/YouTube/Twitter description!
If under any circumstance, I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client makes me uncomfortable or makes any comments that are considered rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive about myself or my work. Client will be blacklisted from working with me and refunds will not available.
If a client chooses to cancel the commission at any time during the commission, Refunds will not be available!
The client MUST provide all neccesary references & descriptions for the project. Unfortunately, I CANNOT draw character illustrations! You must provide me with desired illustrations to use for the commission and you must have the right to use them.
I reserve the right to post your commissions on my social media for use in my portfolio and example! If you would like the commisssion to remain private or wait until a specified date, there will be an NDA fee of 20% added to your proposal.
Need your commission request to be completed by a certain deadline? I accept rushed requests, meaning you would be moved to the front of my queue but there would be a rush fee of 25% - 110% depending on the following factors:
Deadline, Complexity of design, Status of my current queue list.
Your files will be stored on Google Drive for 2 months only! Clients please make sure to save your files. I can always reupload the files if lost, just send me a message!
Keep in mind that delivery time and estimated start date may be longer or shorter depending on your place in the queue and the complexity of your commission. I will update you for any sudden changes that would delay delivery. My Trello is public and is available to access at any time. If you would like your project to have my full attention and/or be worked on ASAP, feel free to let me know but a rush fee may be applied. I kindly ask for your patience!

✦ Payments & Refunds

All transactions are done via the VGen payment section or PayPal Invoice.
NO REFUNDS available once payment has been made.
All current prices are BASE prices. Not final prices. Prices may increase depending on the complexity and additional fees added (EX; add-ons/rush fee/commercial use fee, etc)
All commissions must be paid UPFRONT or 50% DOWN PAYMENT if the order is over $200 before the commission begins. A 10% Service Fee will be included in your proposal.
Once a commission is accepted and the proposal is sent, you have 48 hours to pay the balance or your commission and slot will be cancelled under the assumption you are no longer interested. Please make sure to check your email and spam folder, as sometimes emails get lost in there!

✦ Revisions

Up to 4 revisions allowed. Any additional revisions will be a $10 USD unless I made a mistake (wrong color, missing detail, misspelled, etc.) which then the fee won't be applied.
Once the commission is complete, the client has two free MINOR revisions. (EX: Change of adding/removing overlay panels, fixing/adjusting small animation, minor adjustments as positioning of elements, etc.)
Major revisions (meaning redesigning the majority of the design, re-coloring, changing lettering in the logo, or any significant adjustments to animations, etc.) after the design has been approved or the commission is complete will cost half of the asset's base price.

✦ Deadlines & Delivery

Depending on my queue, the estimated delivery time may take between 1 - 3 months. Keep in mind these are estimated time frames. They may increase/decrease depending on the following factors: Complexity of the commission, My physical and mental health, Any potential family/financial/personal emergencies. I also work on multiple commissions at the same time, so I kindly ask for your patience!
The estimated start date depends on your status on my queue list.

✦ Use

As stated previously, you are not allowed to claim my work as your own.
Credit must be given for the commission!
All assets can be used for streaming and social media purposes except for merchandise usage. The client must pay a Commercial Use [Merchandise] fee of 100% of the current base price for merchandise.
You are NOT allowed to upload my work to AI websites / NFT.
I do NOT give permission to resell any of the assets I have made without prior permission.

✦ Personal / Commercial Use

I reserve the rights to the worked assets and I reserve the right to publish the work on my social media networks and portfolio.
All assets can be used for streaming and social media purposes except for merchandise usage. The client must pay a Commercial Use [Merchandise] fee of 100% of the current base price for the following services/add-ons: "Logo Design", "Logo Package", and "Icon Logo Design).

✦ How does your "Rush/Priority" work?

✦ How do I commission you?

This is more for clients who have a hard deadline! The way it works is that we discuss the deadline that you, as the client, would like me to complete the order by or before.It includes a fee from a range of 50% - 110%. You can always add this option after you have paid the invoice, you would just need to send another request after we have discussed.Once payment has been made, you will be moved to the top of my queue list and will be prioritized to get your order done!

✦ EXAMPLE

A client is interested and sends a request for a logo design which costs $75 USD on January 1st. In their form, they request their project to be done before January 26th. After reviewing their form and my current queue list which has 5 clients ahead of them, I decided to charge them a rush fee of 85%.$75 + 85% ($63.75) = $138.75 would be their total price, not including any other additional fees they requested.

Send your request through VGen. Clients are responsible for providing the necessary information, deadlines, illustrations, and references when submitting a request form. After reviewing your request, I'll send you a proposal for your project. The estimated start date would depend on your place in my queue.
Clients would have 48 HOURS to pay the proposal. If payment has not been made, the request will be canceled under the assumption that they are no longer interested. Let me know if you are unable pay within 48 hours. We can arrange a date for when you are available to pay! After the payment has been made, the client will be added to my queue list on Trello
Once it's your turn in queue, I will contact you to inform you that I will be starting your project and will send you updates as soon as I make progress. Keep in mind that I do work on multiple commissions at the same time, if you want me to put my 100% focus on your project then I would charge a priority/RUSH FEE. I kindly ask for your patience. You can always check the status/progress of your commission on my queue!
As soon as I make progress, I will send you WIPs for any revisions you would like to be done. Clients are encouraged to send feedback to avoid revision charges after the order is complete!
Large revisions that result in changing the majority of the commission may include additional fees.
After all the design & animation has been approved and no other revisions are needed, the commission is complete! I would then render and deliver the files to the client through a Google Drive folder with a PDF document for guidance/explanation for setting up their assets.
Clients can leave a review on VGen or send a TIP afterwards! It would mean so much but both are completely optional! I would then post your commission on my social media unless you paid the NDA fee.

Yes you can send your request! There may be a chance I may decline your request until everything is completed but as long as you provide a detail description (the best of the client's ability), potentially references, and a sketch of the asset/illustration you are waiting for I may accept!After payment has been made, the client would be added to my trello but will be placed under the "Pending Client Info" until the missing asset or information has been provided!
