I'm an interdimensional motion & graphic designer specializing in designing and animating stream assets for Vtubers and content creators. I'm also a Live2D rigger who wishes to bring pretty models to life!

Terms Of Service

✦ GENERAL TERMS

MUST BE CREDITED for the commission! Please include links to either my VGen or Twitter in your credit section!
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
Merchandise related must be discussed.
All assets can be used for streaming, content, and social media purposes except for merchandise usage. The client must pay a commercial use [merchandise] fee of 100% of the base price (required for the following services/add-ons: "Logo Design", "Logo Package", and "Icon Logo Design".)
Do not claim my work as your own or edit it! It will not be tolerated!
I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client makes me uncomfortable or makes any comments that are considered rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive about myself or my work. Clients would be blacklisted from working with me and refunds are not available.
If a client chooses to cancel the order at any time during the commission, refunds will not be available!
The client MUST provide references or detailed descriptions for any commission request. The more details provided, the better I work!
I CANNOT draw character illustrations! You must provide me with desired illustrations to use for the commission and you must have permission to use them. Communicate with your artist as it is not my responsibility to do so.
I reserve the right to post your commissions to my social media for use in my portfolio and examples! If you would not like me to make your commission public or wait until your selected specified date, there will be a NDA fee of 20% added.
I accept RUSH request orders, but there would be a rush fee of 50% - 120% depending on the following factors: deadline, the complexity of the design, & my current queue list. If paid, the client's request will be moved ahead of my queue and I will begin your order the following "Wednesday" or sooner.
Do NOT resell any of the content I have made without prior permission.
Keep in mind that delivery time and estimated start date may be longer or shorter depending on your place in the queue and the complexity of your commission. I will update you the moment I will start your commission or any sudden changes that would delay delivery. Please DON'T message me regarding your turn-in queue. My TRELLO is made public and is available to access. If you would like your project to have my full attention and/or be worked on sooner, that can be discussed but a rush fee will be included. I kindly ask for your patience!

✦ Communication

Please give me 24 - 48 hours to respond to your messages during my work days. Replies may take longer during my off days.
I will contact you either through Twitter (@Astra_Reina, Discord (astrareina), or VGen according to my client's preferences.
You can also contact me through email ([email protected]) if you have any questions!

✦ Work Schedule

My current work schedule is Wednesday - Saturday. Occasionally, I will decide to work on my "days off" but this is set to avoid burnout.

✦ Payments & Refunds

All transactions are done via the VGen payment section or PayPal Invoice.
NO REFUNDS once payment has been made.
Keep in mind that all current prices are BASE prices. Prices may increase depending on the complexity and additional fees.
All commissions must be paid UPFRONT or 50% DOWN PAYMENT if the order is over $200 USD.
After your commission request has been accepted, the proposal must be paid within 48 hours! I will send you a "reminder" email on the second day. If you haven't paid the balance then I have the right to cancel your request under the assumption that you are no longer interested. You may submit a new one afterward!
Make sure to check your email and your spam folder as sometimes emails get lost in there! We can also discuss a specified date of payment if the client cannot pay within 48 hours!
A 10% Service Fee will be included in your proposal.

✦ Revisions

Once the commission is completed and no matter which option you choose, you get two free MINOR revisions. Each additional small revision will cost $10, so if possible, please communicate with me about all desired changes before your commission is complete!
Major revisions (meaning redesigning the mass majority of the design) will cost half of the base price.

✦ Deadlines & Delivery

The estimated delivery time varies between 1 - 3 months. Keep in mind these are estimated time frames, they may increase/decrease depending on the complexity of the commission, my physical and mental health, and/or any potential family/financial/personal emergencies. I also work on multiple commissions at the same time, so I kindly ask for your patience! The estimated start date depends on your status on my queue list.

✦ How does your "Rush/Priority" work?

✦ How do I commission you?

This is more for clients who have a hard deadline! The way it works is that we discuss the deadline that you, as the client, would like me to complete the order by or before.It includes a fee from a range of 50% - 120%. You can always add this option after you have paid the invoice, you would just need to send another request after we have discussed.Once payment has been made, you will be moved to the top of my queue list and will be prioritized to get your order done!

✦ EXAMPLE

A client is interested and sends a request for a logo design which costs $75 USD on January 1st. In their form, they request their project to be done before January 26th. After reviewing their form and my current queue list which has 5 clients ahead of them, I decided to charge them a rush fee of 85%.$75 + 85% ($63.75) = $138.75 would be their total price, not including any other additional fees they requested.

Send your request through VGen. Clients are responsible for providing the necessary information, deadlines, illustrations, and references when submitting a request form. After reviewing your request, I'll send you a proposal for your project. The estimated start date would depend on your place in my queue.
Clients would have 48 HOURS to pay the proposal. If payment has not been made, the request will be canceled under the assumption that they are no longer interested. Let me know if you are unable pay within 48 hours. We can arrange a date for when you are available to pay! After the payment has been made, the client will be added to my queue list on Trello
Once it's your turn in queue, I will contact you to inform you that I will be starting your project and will send you updates as soon as I make progress. Keep in mind that I do work on multiple commissions at the same time, if you want me to put my 100% focus on your project then I would charge a priority/RUSH FEE. I kindly ask for your patience. You can always check the status/progress of your commission on my queue!
As soon as I make progress, I will send you WIPs for any revisions you would like to be done. Clients are encouraged to send feedback to avoid revision charges after the order is complete!
Large revisions that result in changing the majority of the commission may include additional fees.
After all the design & animation has been approved and no other revisions are needed, the commission is complete! I would then render and deliver the files to the client through a Google Drive folder with a PDF document for guidance/explanation for setting up their assets.
Clients can leave a review on VGen or send a TIP afterwards! It would mean so much but both are completely optional! I would then post your commission on my social media unless you paid the NDA fee.

Yes you can send your request! There may be a chance I may decline your request until everything is completed but as long as you provide a detail description (the best of the client's ability), potentially references, and a sketch of the asset/illustration you are waiting for I may accept!After payment has been made, the client would be added to my trello but will be placed under the "Pending Client Info" until the missing asset or information has been provided!
