I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

You are not allowed to claim my work as your own or edit / modify / trace / copy my works. Credit must be given for the commission! Please include links to my VGen or Twitter in your Twitch/YouTube/Twitter description!

If under any circumstance, I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client makes me uncomfortable or makes any comments that are considered rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive about myself or my work. Client will be blacklisted from working with me and refunds will not available.

If a client chooses to cancel the commission at any time during the commission, Refunds will not be available!

The client MUST provide all neccesary references & descriptions for the project. Unfortunately, I CANNOT draw character illustrations! You must provide me with desired illustrations to use for the commission and you must have the right to use them.

I reserve the right to post your commissions on my social media for use in my portfolio and example! If you would like the commisssion to remain private or wait until a specified date, there will be an NDA fee of 20% added to your proposal.

Need your commission request to be completed by a certain deadline? I accept rushed requests, meaning you would be moved to the front of my queue but there would be a rush fee of 50% - 110% depending on the following factors:

Deadline, Complexity of design, Status of my current queue list.

Your files will be stored on Google Drive for 2 months only! Clients please make sure to save your files. I can always reupload the files if lost, just send me a message!

Keep in mind that delivery time and estimated start date may be longer or shorter depending on your place in the queue and the complexity of your commission. I will update you for any sudden changes that would delay delivery. My Trello is public and is available to access at any time. If you would like your project to have my full attention and/or be worked on ASAP, feel free to let me know but a rush fee may be applied. I kindly ask for your patience!

All transactions are done via the VGen payment section or PayPal Invoice.

A 10% tax will be included in your proposal.

NO REFUNDS available once payment has been made. However, if I'm unable to complete your commission you, a refund will be issued base on the amount of work I couldn't complete.

All current prices are BASE prices. Not final prices. Prices may increase depending on the complexity and additional fees added (EX; add-ons/rush fee/commercial use fee, etc).

All commissions must be paid UPFRONT, 50/50 PAYMENT, or 3 split payments if the order is over $200 before the commission begins. Check out my FAQ for more clarification on the payment plans.

Once a commission is accepted and the proposal is sent, you have 4 days to pay the balance or your commission and slot will be cancelled under the assumption you are no longer interested. Please make sure to check your email and spam folder, as sometimes emails get lost in there!

Once the commission is complete, the client has two free MINOR revisions. (EX: Change of adding/removing overlay panels, fixing/adjusting small animation, minor adjustments as positioning of elements, etc.)

Major revisions (meaning redesigning the majority of the design, re-coloring, changing lettering in the logo, or any significant adjustments to animations, etc.) after the design has been approved or the commission is complete will cost half of the asset's base price.

Depending on my queue, the estimated delivery time may take between 1 - 3 months. Keep in mind these are estimated time frames. They may increase/decrease depending on the following factors: Complexity of the commission, My physical and mental health, Any potential family/financial/personal emergencies. I also work on multiple commissions at the same time, so I kindly ask for your patience!

The estimated start date depends on your status on my queue list.

All assets can be used for streaming and social media purposes except for merchandise usage. The client must pay a Commercial Use [Merchandise] fee of 100% of the current base price for merchandise.

You are NOT allowed to upload my work to AI websites / NFT.

I do NOT give permission to resell any of the assets I have made without prior permission.

I reserve the rights to the worked assets and I reserve the right to publish the work on my social media networks and portfolio.

The client must pay a Commercial Use [Merchandise] fee of 100% of the current base price for the following services/add-ons: "Logo Design", "Logo Package", and "Icon Logo Design).

I will keep the files in the Google Drive Folder for 2 months. Afterwards, I will delete the folder to save space. I highly recommend to save the files before the date of deletion.

If at any case you need the files due to any issues, feel free to send me a message and I'll reupload the file for you! I have all the files saved in my External Hard drive.

Send your request through VGen or through Google Forums.

Clients are encouraged to providing any necessary information, deadlines, illustrations, and references when submitting a request form. Once I receive your request, and if I accept, I will send you a proposal.

Clients would have 4 days to pay the proposal. If payment has not been made, the request and slot will be canceled. After the payment has been made, the client will be added to my queue list on Trello

Once it's your turn in my queue, I will update my Trello and I will send you updates of the progress. Keep in mind that I do work on multiple commissions at the same time, if you want me to put my 100% focus on your commission then there is a priority fee available to be discussed. You can always check the progress of your commission on my Trello! I kindly ask for your patience.

As soon as I make progress, I will send you WIPs for any revisions or approval. Clients are encouraged to send feedback to avoid revision charges after the order is complete!
Any large revisions that result in changing the majority of the commission may include additional fees.

Once the design / animation are approved and the final set of revisions are complete, the commission is marked complete! I will start to render and deliver the files to the client through a Google Drive folder with a PDF document for guidance/explanation for setting up their assets if applies. If we discussed a payment plan, any remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.

Commission is delivered! Clients can leave a review on my VGen and they can also send me a tip if they love my work. It would mean so much for either but are completely optional! I would then post your commission on my social media and portfolio unless you paid the NDA fee. Which then I would wait until the date to post.
